On 7 August 2026, the Britain Brunei Business Forum proudly commemorated His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah’s 80th birthday with a special afternoon of music and art at the Laksamana College of Business.
Guests were treated to a captivating performance by the award winning IIIRoom Trio from Korea, alongside a curated exhibition by talented local artists — honouring His Majesty’s reign and Brunei’s ties with the United Kingdom.
We were honoured by the presence of YB Dato Seri Setia Dr. Awang Haji Mohd Amin Liew Bin Abdullah, Minister of Finance II, as Guest of Honour, and H.E. Ken O’Flaherty, Acting British High Commissioner, together with BBBF members and distinguished guests.
