BBBF holds its 20th Annual General Meeting – Wednesday, 10 March 2021
The Britain Brunei Business Forum (BBBF) held its 20th Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 10 March 2021 at the British High Commissioner’s Residence in Kota Batu.
During the meeting, Mr Siva Subramaniam, Chief Operating Officer of Laksamana College of Business was elected as Chair of the new Committee. Mr Jacky Teo and Ms Yee-Man Cheng were re-elected as Honorary Treasurer and Honorary Secretary respectively of the forum.
In his opening address, the British High Commissioner, His Excellency John Virgoe welcomed the guests to his residence and congratulated the BBBF on its 20th year of operations in Brunei Darussalam.
Mr Siva Subramaniam, the new Chairman said, “I am delighted to be elected as Chairman of the Britain Brunei Business Forum. I am excited to take on this prestigious role and look forward to working closely with our committee and strategic partners to meet our goal of furthering trade between Brunei Darussalam and the United Kingdom.”
The AGM was attended by almost 50 guests. After the meeting, a networking dinner was hosted by the British High Commissioner.
