The Britain Brunei Business Forum (BBBF) hosted fifteen (15) orphans and their guardians from the Brunei-Muara district to an Iftar treat on Thursday, 21 April 2022. The breaking of fast activity was held at the Radisson Hotel in the capital and was also attended by committee members of the BBBF.

 

Each orphan received a goody bag consisting of stationery, school supplies, prayer mats, confectionery and duit raya from generous sponsors from the Executive Committee and members of the BBBF. The guardians of the orphans also received stationery items and prayer mats.

 

Mr Siva Subramaniam, Chair of the BBBF said in his welcoming remarks:

 

“The Britain Brunei Business Forum has been part of the community for 20 years and we continuously find ways to give back to the community through activities such as these. We are delighted to be able to spend time with the beneficiaries of today’s iftar activity through the generosity of our forum members and executive committee.”
