Venue: British High Commissioner’s Residence, Jalan Kota Batu.
The AGM is open to all fully paid-up Members, their guests and Associate Members. Members who wish to attend should ensure that they have paid their 2019 subscription. The British High Commissioner will deliver an address on the [confirm subject]. Following the AGM, the High Commissioner has kindly invited the BBBF members and guests to a networking dinner.
The following positions are open for election to all fully paid-up members:
• Chairman
• Hon. Secretary
• Hon. Treasurer
• 9 “General Committee” positions
(Note: some of the current Committee Members may offer themselves for re-election so the number of positions may be less than 12)
Please consider whether you wish to stand yourself or to nominate another fully paid-up member. Nominations require a proposer and seconder, both of whom must also be fully paid-up members. Duties of Committee Members are to attend the majority of Committee Meetings (usually 1/month) and to participate actively in the running of the Forum.
Please advise the Hon. Secretary whether you wish to attend (along with guests) as well as any candidacies or nominations you wish to make no later than Sunday 03 March 2018 at siva@laksamanacollege.edu.bn.
